The company is owned by M.S. West and K. Carr, who have been trading under the name of Carr & West for over 10 years. Both partners have been trading in the building and heating industry for over 25 years and both hold City & Guild Advanced Craft Certificates.

They have been on many solar training courses within the industry. Between them they are Valliant Accredited Installers and a hold BPEC Certificate (No. 29651) in Solar Hot Water Heating.

Work before entering the Solar Industry consisted of Domestic Heating, designing and fitting kitchens and bathrooms, as well as general plumbing work. Work is generally carried out within a 75 mile radius of the base near Louth, Lincolnshire but work has been also carried out on many occasions in London.
